FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in surgery of spine for correction of injuries and instability in human vertebra bodies in all parts of spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar). Implant is made from monolithic isotropic pyrolytic carbon without legating elements or legated with boron or silicon, with limit of compression resistance not less than 450 MPa.
EFFECT: increase of biocompatibility, biomechanical properties, wear-resistance and improvement of implant osteointegration in bone tissues.
