FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: implant with porosity coefficient of 50-60% is frame, made of metal wire, connected by diffuse welding and made as cylindrical spigot, formed by spirally circled wire with circles placed along the axis of the spigot. Hardness of the implant ranges from 1000 to 5000 H/mm given mean size of the open pores from 150 to 600 μ. Fixing device for the above said implant contains nickel titanium spring with shape - retention effect to be placed in the opening of the spigot and arranged on the ends of the spring fixing elements having bearing place, on the one side thereat there is a cone for fixation in osteal structures, and on the other side-cylinder for fixation in the spring.
