SUBSTANCE: knife has base and blade having inoperative bent rear edge with bow-shaped bend and cutting edge which consists of two convex bows located at angle relative to each other forming bend at joint! outer edge forms vertex at intersection with inoperative rear edge and outlet bend at intersection with bow-shaped section of cutting edge. Vertex and bend of cutting edge are located on outer and bow-shaped sections of cutting edge in such way that beams drawn from center of rotation of knife to above-mentioned points form angle no less than 60 deg.
