SUBSTANCE: invention concerns derivatives of thiazolidine-4-one of general formula (I) and general formula (II), to their isomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts which can be used as a medical product with immunosuppressive activity. In formulae (I) and (II), R¹ and R¹⁴ independently represent lower alkyl, lower alkenyl; cycloalkyl; 5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphth-1-yl; phenyl group or phenyl group independently mono- or disubstituted with lower alkyl, halogen, lower alkoxy or group -CF₃; R² and R¹⁵ independently represent lower alkyl; allyl; cyclopropyl; or di- lower alkylamino; R³ represents -NR⁵R⁶ or -O-CR⁷R⁸-CR⁹R¹⁰-(CR¹¹R¹²)_n-O-R¹³; R²³ represents hydrogen; hydroxycarbonyl-lower alkyl or 1-glyceryl. The invention also concerns application of one or more compounds of general formula (I) or (II) for preparation of a medical product with immunosuppressive activity.
