SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in radioelectronics and other industries requiring production of thin films or deposition of an iron sublayer. The electrolyte contains, g/l: iron (II) sulphate 0.76-2.28; potassium pyrophosphate 49.5-148.5; sodium hydroxide 0.08-0.96.
EFFECT: improved leveling properties of the electrolyte at low current output.
