FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: well cementing process control device contains a measurement block with pressure and temperature controllers, including a primary sensible elements and intensifiers electronic plates, a plated radiation-safe density measurements detector and a flow metre, a computing measurement station. The latest mounted with the aid of a bearing assembly in an injection pipeline, formed by a tubing string with an easy detachable elements. The measurement station connected via signal processing blocks with information cables to the measurement block controllers. At that the bearing assembly executed as the tubing string, divided on two parts, which counter columns connected to injection pipelines sleeve. The sleeve equipped with two necks in the central part, in which pressure and temperature controllers hermetically located. The flow metres detector executed as a supersonic plated flow metre sensor with ability to dislocate on the one of the mentioned above tube parts. The station is a mini portable block set.
EFFECT: generality, mobility and simplicity in maintenance, reliability increase, weight and dimension decrease.
