FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling oil and gas wells, namely to ground geological and technological systems of control of drilling mud parameters. Device contains solution level meter sensor mounted on quick-detachable hatch cover and submersible and suspended container divided into two parts, the front of which is equipped with electro-acoustic converter of flow rate meter with a coaxial cable tightly inserted into the auxiliary air cavity of the container and facing with its receiving-emitting surface the chute inner lower surface. Rear part of the container is equipped with a temperature sensor, led from the auxiliary air cavity to the lower surface of container with installed gamma-radiation source, interacting with the density meter detection unit, fixed on the outer lower surface of the chute. Electroacoustic transducer is installed on external lower surface of the front part of container made in the form of a truncated cylinder, facing chute inner lower surface with its elliptical surface opposite to the flow of solution. Electroacoustic transducer is placed in the enveloping it on sides U-shaped longitudinal slits on cylinder surface and its emitting surface is aligned with elliptic surface of the latter one.

EFFECT: providing measurement of speed of solution movement at its maximum low level of output from the well into chute, increasing accuracy of measuring of flow speed of solution, its volume and mass flow rate, simplified servicing.
