FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment of peripheral strip in layers benched, leading of operating benches up to design contour under operating angles with reservation of berms between benches and with following filling of berms and slopes by internal dump of rocks. During development of peripheral strip by inclined layers it is implemented formation of inclined berms so that its slope is created alternate, interchanging backfall and lifting, and at the pass boundary of backfall into lifting there are constructed transverse channels and storm collectors.
EFFECT: full or partial excluding of deformations of clay berms and pit walls.
