FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: flywheel includes set of flywheels in the form of discs of equal strength with rings and spacing washers, and also two brushes with implemented on it journals. Width of rings exceeds width of disc. To flanges by internal annular surfaces there are adjoined rings of end discs. Rings contain at edges locking collars and connect neighbouring rings for locking collars, implemented on its butts. Rings are implemented with centering mounting surfaces on its interconnected butts.

EFFECT: reliability improvement of structure, reduction of aerodynamic resistances and increasing of flywheel's balanced state.
