SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises socket lower part and one or several plug-in modules incorporating overvoltage protection elements, contact elements and mating contact elements arranged in socket lower part and plug-in modules, respectively, and guide slides or complementary shape guide grooves for controlled fitting in and locking of appropriate plug-in module. In compliance with this invention, there are separate mechanical locking elements acting between appropriate built-in modules and aforesaid socket lower part, irrespective of forces that hold contact elements and mating contact elements with form or force closure on fitting plug-in module in.
