FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to surgical cutting and stapling instruments and cartridges with staples for them, which are made with the possibility of dissection and suturing tissue with staples. Said surgical instrument comprises a first rotary drive system, a second rotary system, at least one surgical end effector and a means for simultaneously detachable and functional connection of the first rotary drive shaft to the first follower shaft of the end effector and the second rotary drive shaft to the second follower shaft of the end effector. Said first rotary drive system includes a first rotary drive shaft including the axis of the first drive shaft. Said second rotary system is designed to operate independently of the first rotary drive system, and includes a second rotary drive shaft including an axis of the second drive shaft that is offset from and parallel to the axis of the first drive shaft. At least one end effector comprises a first end effector drive system and a second end effector drive system. Said first end effector drive system includes the first end effector output shaft. Above second end effector drive system includes a second end effector output shaft. Rotation of the first rotary drive shaft rotates the first output shaft of the end effector, and rotation of the second rotary drive shaft rotates the second output shaft of the end effector. Further, the means for simultaneous detachable and functional connection of the first rotary drive shaft with the first driven shaft of the end effector and the second rotary drive shaft with the second driven shaft of the end effector contains a pin connector on each of the first and second rotary drive shafts, a female connector on each of the first and second driven shafts of the end effector, the pin connectors are attached to the first and second rotary drive shafts. When the first axis of the drive shaft of the first rotary drive shaft is aligned with the first axis of the driven shaft of the first driven shaft of the end effector, and when the second axis of the drive shaft of the second rotary drive shaft is aligned with the second axis of the driven shaft of the second driven shaft of the end effector, the pin connectors of the first and second rotary drive shafts are made with the possibility of simultaneous functional entry into the socket connectors on the first and second driven shafts of the end effector. At least one pin connector is configured to angularly move to a first predetermined value of angular movement. Mechanical coupling system for detachable connection of dual rotary drive shafts of a surgical instrument, moreover, the first rotary drive shaft of the surgical instrument includes the first axis of the drive shaft, and the second rotary drive shaft of the surgical instrument includes a second axis of the drive shaft, which is offset from the first axis of the drive shaft and parallel to it for the respective dual rotary drive shafts of the end effector, while the mechanical connecting system contains a pin connector on each of the first and second rotary drive shafts of the tool and a female connector on each of the dual rotary driven shafts of the end effector. Each pin connector contains a pin body and at least three elongated drive ribs. In addition, each female connector contains a female housing part connected to the corresponding one of the driven shafts of the end effector. In the second embodiment, the surgical instrument comprises a first rotary drive system, a second rotary drive system, at least one surgical end effector and mechanical connecting system for releasable and functional connection of the first rotary drive shaft with the first driven shaft of the end effector and the second rotary drive shaft with the second driven shaft of the end effector. At least one end effector comprises a first end effector drive system, including a first end effector output shaft and a second end effector drive system, including a second end effector output shaft. Said mechanical connecting system comprises a pin connector on each of the first and second rotary drive shafts of the tool, each pin connector contains a pin body and at least three elongated drive ribs. Each female connector contains a female connector body. Use of inventions is characterized by the free rotation of the connectors to ensure the simultaneous alignment and connection of several drive shafts.
EFFECT: surgical instrument (options) and mechanical connecting system for removable connection of double rotary drive shafts of surgical instrument are proposed.
