FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: design of primary circuit with transformer and LC filter is simplified. The latter is connected in series with every secondary of multi-winding transformer (TF). AC direction conversion loop has stages MC1A, MC1B, MC2A, MC2B, MC3A and MC3B of supply side are connected in parallel in pairs (MC1A and MC1B, MC2A and MC2B, MC3A and MC3B). Phase leadouts of the side, opposite to supply side, of one of minimum voltage conversion loops connected in parallel are interconnected. Side, opposite the supply side, of the other minimum voltage conversion loops, is connected to the load. Intermediate stage side, opposite the supply side, of one of parallel conversion loops of preceding stage and side, opposite the supply side, of the other of two parallel-connected conversion loops are also interconnected. High-voltage direct power converter features structure wherein phases of multi-winding transformer secondaries differ. To covert higher harmonics at the input, every conversion loop converts separately input voltage into sine oscillations, while phases of multi-winding transformer secondaries are identical to suppress higher harmonics at the input. Note that parallel connection of two loops is used as a base unit configuration, while controller in said base unit is shared.
EFFECT: simplified conversion.
