SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and can be used for treating acute erosion-ulcerous lesions of gastric and duodenal mucosa in the patients with functional disturbance of vascular system regulation. The vegetative nervous system is exposed to cryotherapy that involves periarterial cryodestruction of the radial artery of upper limbs or dorsal venous network of foot. The cryotherapy is followed with epithelisation of acute ulcerations with solcoseryl 2 ml.
EFFECT: method provides ulcer healing, elimination of stomach operations, intensification of gastric peripheral blood flow, reduction of catabolic phase of reaction, acceleration of synthesis and proliferation processes and reduction of injuries.
