FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to making blow die with heating for thermostabilising treatment and to realisation of thermosetting process. Die holder consists of two mirror-reflected halves of shell and heating system. Each of shells comprises half of die with specific die for making container. Heating system consists of a set of the first electric heating elements and set of additional electric heating elements, which are electrically connected to each other and are installed between die holder and die. The first heating elements are parallel to each other and source of container energy. Additional heating elements are substantially transverse versus specified first heating elements and are installed in sections, to which increased number of heat should be sent. Besides additional heating elements are located near upper and lower end sections of container. On external surface of die holder there is layer of material arranged for heat insulation.
EFFECT: prevention of damages near container neck in process of moulding and efficient use of energy.
