FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises at least one magnetic flux inductor to induce preset amount of heat in at least one heat transfer appliance to be transferred to at least one billet. Billet is mounted in heater. Note here that said heat transfer appliance comprises at least on magnetic flux concentrator. Note also that the latter features shape that allows accommodating at least one inductor therein. Besides, said heat transfer appliance is made up of ring clipped by retaining system that rigidly joints magnetic flux concentrator and inductor together.

EFFECT: accurate and local billet heating.
