FIELD: maintenance.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to servicing procedures. Proposed method comprises machine disassembly with detection of faults in its main assembly units and parts in compliance with repair specifications, parts reclamation and assembly. Reclamation is performed in two stages. At the first stage prior to machine disassembly, friction geomodificator based on at least one minced mineral of serpentine group is added to machine oil system and machine operation is started for preset time, i.e. 10 to 48 hrs, for initial reclamation purposes. Second stage is performed after machine disassembly and detection of faults in feeding said geomodificator together with standard lubricating grease to most loaded friction surfaces for additional reclamation of aforesaid surfaces during subsequent operation after machine assembly.
EFFECT: reduced scope of repair jobs and consumption of spare parts.
