FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: treatment method of rolling includes its primary calibration, bainitic hardening in saltpeter tank with following cooling on air and in water, secondary calibration, herewith before primary calibration hot-rolled rolling is annealed at temperature 770-790°C during 3-4 hours, is cooled with furnace up to 660-680°C, is isolated during 3-4 hours, it is cooled with furnace up to room temperature, primary calibration is implemented with co reduction ratio 14-24%, secondary calibration after bainitic hardening is implemented with reduction ratio 5-6%.
EFFECT: leveling of structure, mechanical and plastic properties by section and length of wire.
