FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at manufacturing of manufacturing equipment, used in acid corrosion environment, allowing ability of activation of substantial common and/or crevice corrosion. Titanic product contains protective coating, implemented from alloy on the basis of titanium with platinum metal, directly applied on small surface area, which is 0.2-1% of surface area of product. Alloy of protective coating contains 1% Pd or 1% Pt. Coating is applied by welding, by galvanic method or precipitation from vapors.
EFFECT: provided considerable common and slot corrosion resistance.
