FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to titanium product of upgraded corrosive resistance. The titanium product contains titanium padding with application out of metal of platinum group or out of alloy of metal of platinum group applied directly onto insignificant portion of the padding surface. The application can be applied by means of welding, of metallisation or sedimentation out of fumes. The application of metal of platinum group occupies less, than 1%, excluding 0, of a protected area surface, while application of alloy of platinum group occupies any insignificant area of surface, which facilitates higher corrosive resistance of the said product when compared with absence of the said application. There is achieved upgraded corrosion resistance of titanium products, operated under aggressive corrosive conditions.
EFFECT: upgraded corrosion resistance of titanium products, operated under aggressive corrosive conditions.
