FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of sliding support manufacture consists in mechanical treatment of its journals, in drilling blind holes in then from side of leaded part and in cementation of journals. Each journal is made assembled of at least two elements: the main one - in form of a shaft and auxiliary one in form of a sleeve. Also blind holes are bored at part of internal surface of the sleeve before its cementation; notably, distance between external surface of the sleeve and the bottom of blind holes is chosen equal to not less, than allowed value of journal wear. Upon cementation the sleeve is oriented so, that blind holes on its walls coincide with a loaded part of the shaft or journal and are rigidly connected with it. According to the second version each sliding bearing is made composed of at least two elements: the main one in form of the shaft or axle with flattened surface and additional one in form of an insertion with cross section in form of a segment adjacent to flattened surface with its flat facet. Also blind holes are bored from the side of flat surface of the insertion; and cementation of the insertion at preset depth is carried out till rigid connection with the base part of the sliding bearing.
EFFECT: upgraded wear resistance and operability of bearing and improved prossessability of manufacture.
