FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: method uses electronic message transmission system which provides for crediting and debiting at least one financial account connected with each Summa-account. Furthermore, the invention permits each user to determine list of fees for receiving messages connected with identifiers of other users; these fees are compensation for reception messages delivered from these users. Upon authorization of user, marketing database can store record of purchases made using Summa-account. This increases user marketing identifier value and relevant amount of fees for message receipt which the user can collect.
EFFECT: increase in security of electronic financial transactions due to verification and identification of people interested in receiving commercial offers of trading companies.
