FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: in one aspect each infrastructure object in system 1 contains generator (G1) of intrasystem "VFSC" frames, extractor (E1) of intrasystem "VFSC" frames and extractor (E2) of "VFSC" frames of system 2 which is incompatible with system 1. Each object of infrastructure in system 2 contains generator (G2) of intrasystem "VFSC" frames, extractor (E2) of intrasystem "VFSC" frames and extractor (E1) of "VFSC" frames of system 1. In implementation version generators (G1, G2) of intrasystem "VFSC" frames are also provided. In other implementation version intersystem or intrasystem parametres are used to determine content (820, 830) of "VFSC" frames in accordance with determination of source type of "VFSC" frame being pierced into PCM flow.

EFFECT: providing possibility of vocoder functioning without series connection (VFSC) between incompatible communication systems through hardware modifications in communication elements within each system.
