FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: treater includes hopper for seeds with batcher, outlet hole of which is arranged as controlled, and chamber of seeds treatment. Treater is equipped with throw fan communicated to batcher with blade wheel. Seed treatment chamber is equipped with high pressure sprayers, which are directed towards flow of seeds. Treatment chamber has channel for suction of residual amount of air and working fluid mix for its use in closed cycle with the help of throw fan. Treatment chamber has fixed helical working element installed in it and eliminating application of mechanical unloading devices, and a lock for unloading seeds into package.

EFFECT: improved quality of seeds treatment and reduction of process energy intensity.
