SUBSTANCE: device comprises evaporation chamber of gas-thermal generator, nozzle for spraying of aqueous solutions, combustion chamber of gas thermal generator, liquid communications, heat exchange device, make-up pump with filtering element, reducing valve, cistern of engine smoke generating system with filter of outlet nozzle, heater, perforated pipeline, spray unit of gas thermal generator with filtering elements, heater nozzle, hydraulic pump for pumping and supply of solution into evaporation chamber. Device will find application in national economy, for instance for protection of plants against light frosts, and may also be used to cause artificial rain from warm clouds of lower tier, foliar fertilising of plants on vast areas and control of agriculture pests.
EFFECT: creation of artificial fogs and cloudiness of lower tier over vast territories.
