FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technical facilities designed to impact overcooled clouds in order to prevent damage caused by hail and artificial increase of precipitation using an aircraft. An aircraft generator of ice crystals comprises a flow chamber with an air flow controller at the inlet, a combustion chamber installed in the flow chamber, at the inlet of which there is a nozzle to control gas supply from an outer source into the combustion chamber. The device to generate ice-forming particles comprises two graphite electrodes arranged relative to each other with a gap, at the same time graphite electrodes are connected to an outer source of electric current, and form a combustion area inside the flow chamber in a gap between electrodes. Gas supplied to the combustion area is the inert gas - helium. Graphite electrodes are arranged in the combustion area symmetrically to its longitudinal axis and lie in one plane passing through the same axis.

EFFECT: artificial increase of precipitation.
