FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains body with a lid, smokestack, heating device, sawdust tank, removable grease collector and bracket with hooks and clamps. Grease collector is made as two joined corrugated plates along the entire length that have holes for letting smoke out and cleaning it from resins. Holes in the lower plate are made on the corrugation lateral sides and in the upper one they are on the corrugation top. Grease collector is located at an angle of 5-6° to the horizontal plane and is tilted towards the horizontal connecting pipe.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase productivity of the device as well as improve smoking quality.
