SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine. In system of patient-controlled analgesia physiological data are processed and alarm signals are given by means of physiological unit control, which determines data in accordance with the second, separate controller according to the second rule, independent on the first controller. In accordance with the second rule, physiological data can be filtered, processed using physiological data and non-physiological data, obtained from another source such as remote server, and device of PCA supply, controlled for correspondent prevention of medication supply. Provided system from multiple processors and rules allows to produce normal alarm signals by units of physiological sensor while pause or prevention of PCA supply are controlled by means of separate controller.

EFFECT: application of claimed group of inventions will make it possible to reduce or eliminate false alarm signals during monitoring, resulting from transient, short-term physiological and electric distortions.
