FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to metal forming and may be used in technological machines for realisation of stamping operations. Press hammer comprises falling weight, table and lower platform with cylindrical cavities filled with liquid. Plungers are located in specified cavities. Press hammer is equipped with stamping die of double-sided action and upper platform. Stamping die is arranged with upper and lower cavities for deformation of sheets arranged on its upper and lower sides. Upper platform has cylindrical cavities filled with loose material by height of 0.1 - 1000 mm. Plungers are installed in these cavities with support from upper side to loose material, elastic element, deformable sheet and stamping die. At lower side plungers rest on upper plane of lower platform. Falling weight is arranged in the form of platform with hooks and stamping puncheon fixed on it from both sides. Cylindrical cavities of lower platform are filled with liquid by height that amounts to 0.1 -1000 mm.
EFFECT: reduced cost of technological equipment manufacturing and reduction of vibrations.
