FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: press-hammer contains guide tubes, falling weight, table and platform with cylindrical cavities filled by liquid. In cavities there are located plungers and at platform it is installed punch-matrix. Falling weight is implemented in the form of top platform, matrix and bottom platform with cylindrical cavities filled by bulk material. In mentioned cylindrical cavities there are installed bidirectional punches-plungers with bearing by top plane on bulk material and resilient member. Bottom parts of mentioned punches-plungers are implemented in the form of puncheons for deformation of sheet in punch-matrix. Cylindrical cavities of platform are filled by liquid for height which is 0.1-500 mm.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of received details, increasing of lifetime of production tools and reduction of vibration and noise.
