FIELD: commercial equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to commercial equipment, in particular to devices for dispensing several types of beer or other foamy and/or carbonated drinks from an isobaric container into plastic bottles in retail kiosks. The flow switch of the apparatus for filling several foaming and carbonated drinks under pressure is installed in the body of the specified apparatus and is made in the form of a multi-way valve having a control handle located outside the body of the apparatus, inlet channels for connection with fittings for supplying gas and various drinks and outlet channels for connection with inlet openings of the channel for supplying one of the drinks or gas to the consumer container. The multi-way valve contains a central element fixed in the body of the apparatus, made in the form of an axis, inside which three cylindrical cavities are located in parallel, connected to the inlet channels for supplying two drinks and gas. The multi-way valve also contains three valves made in the form of resilient elements with rods installed in the indicated cylindrical cavities of the central element with the possibility of reciprocating movement for alternately opening and closing the outlet openings of the channels for supplying two drinks of different grades or gases and alternately communicating them with inlet openings channels for supplying one of the drinks or gas to the consumer container. The multi-way valve additionally contains a hollow cylindrical cam with protrusions on the outer cylindrical surface for rigid fastening of the control handle, located in the cavity of the apparatus body around the central element and the open ends of the valve stems with the possibility of rotation around the central element and having an annular collar with two identical through grooves in the upper end , between which a protrusion is formed, and below, opposite the through grooves of the shoulder, two symmetrically located bosses are located on the inner cylindrical surface. Each valve stem is cylindrical in length with upper and lower platforms cut out in steps in its body, the latter of which has a surface equidistant to the inner cylindrical surface of the cam and is in contact with its said inner surface, and on the upper platforms at the ends of the rods there are rhomboid bosses forming with protrusions in the body of the rod, profiled grooves for the cam bosses to pass through them when it is turned. On the upper end of the cylindrical cam there is a pin fixedly fixed on the central element of the housing to limit its axial movement, and on the lower end of the cylindrical cam there is a node to limit its rotation on the central element in a given range. The through grooves in the cam collar, the protrusion between the grooves on the annular collar and the cam bosses, as well as the profiled grooves of the valve stems are made with the possibility of reciprocating movement of the valves when the cam is rotated in a given sequence, in which only one inlet flow channel can be opened at a time or all input streams can be closed.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the flow switch and simplifying the process of its operation and maintenance.
