FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to air ventilation and conditioning and can be used for manufacture of indirect evaporating air cooling devices in industrial and domestic facilities. Essence of invention consists in the fact that capillary porous plate intended for manufacture of indirect evaporating air cooling devices includes sintered polymer powder, hydrophilised surface active agent which contains ionogenic and non-ionogenic fluorine-containing connections like Flaktonit.
EFFECT: invention allows producing plates with capillary porous properties providing required velocity and height of capillary water rise, decrease of overall dimensions, improving operating reliability and cooling efficiency, as well as increase in life time and operating stability of indirect evaporating air cooling devices.
