FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat exchange units and can be used in steam generators and distillers. Contact heat exchanger consists of external column formed with cylindrical housing, the edges of which are restricted with cover and bottom, internal column made in the form of cylindrical shell located on bottom of external column, external pipe attaching bottom and housing of external column to each other and interconnected through holes with lower part of cavity of working chamber, water supply pipeline passing through cover of external column, steam outlet pipeline connected to cover of external column, heater located on external pipe, and cyclone installed in upper part of working chamber cavity. Lower part of working chamber cavity is filled with liquid-metal heat carrier. Free end of water supply pipeline and free edge of internal column are located below liquid-metal heat carrier level. Inlet branch pipe of cyclone is located above liquid-metal heat carrier level. Free end of branch pipe returning heat carrier from cyclone is taken out for liquid-metal heat carrier level. Steam outlet pipeline is connected through cover of external column to exhaust pipe of cyclone.
EFFECT: proposed technical solution provides cleanliness of generated water vapour and prevents loss of liquid-metal heat carrier.
