FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rectification diabatic column and is intended for rectification process in petrochemical, chemical, food and other industries. Rectification diabatic column contains cube (1), reinforcing (3) – upper and exhaustive (4) – lower parts of the column, horizontal partitions (6) equipped with overflow devices (7). In the upper part of the column on all horizontal partitions, contact devices (8) are installed, comprising tangential swirler (10), baffle device (11), a hydraulic lock sleeve (15), and external cylinder (16), branch pipe (17) and liquid discharge device (18). On baffle devices (11) of all horizontal partitions there are holes through which pass along the column in its upper part of the heat exchanger tube (2) from the heat carrier inlet chamber (22) to the heat carrier outlet chamber (23). Heat carrier inlet and outlet chambers are formed by additional rings built into the column and are equipped with a bottom and a cover.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of separation and reduced volume of liquid on the plate web, as well as reduced metal consumption of the column.
