FIELD: weapons.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is intended for mounting on spacecraft outer surface and deploying inflatable thin-film enclosures in space designed to perform measurements. It comprises a cartridge with self-opening flaps, thin-film enclosures as folded, gas generators, starting device with spring mechanism of cartridge ejection, moving barrel, guide sleeve, electrical connector with cable loop and pyrotechnical cotter. Two partitions are arranged between enclosures. There is a hole between said partitions arranged along the cartridge axis of symmetry and on cartridge base to receive moving barrel guide sleeve. There is a hole nearby aforesaid one to receive male connector with electric cable free loop. There are splines on moving barrel guide sleeve inner surface. Moving barrel top face has conical recesses to receive pins made on the cartridge lower surface. Starting device base accommodates tubular guide, its outer surface splined, arranged along cartridge axis of symmetry. Said tubular guide houses a rod with ejection spring. Said rod is locked by aforesaid pyrotechnical cotter from below and, from above, it has a nut to hold cartridge flaps closed till operation of said pyrotechnical cotter.
EFFECT: higher reliability and reduces overall dimensions.
