FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for measurement of ferromagnetic pulp flow. Current I is passed through a magnetising coil arranged on the surface of a nonmagnetic pipe with an insulating coated channel, two electrodes and a magnetic circuit that encloses the pipe and coil. The electrode potential difference Ue and voltage U excited in the nonmagnetic pipe on the surface of a flip coil are measured. The measured values are used to calculate the pulp flow by presented formula.
EFFECT: invention improves accuracy of measurement of dry metallic mass of the ferromagnetic pulp.
