DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR MODERATE DESYNCHRONOSIS OF HYPOPHYSEAL-THYROID SYSTEM IN PATIENTS WITH SEVERE BRONCHIAL ASTHMA TAKING COURSES OF GLUCOCORTICOIDS Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2381508 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapy and can be applied in diagnostics of moderate functional desyncronosis of hypophyseal-thyroid system in the patients with severe bronchial asthma, taking courses of glucocorticoids. Substance of the technique: blood is radio-immunoassayed for concentration of thyroid-stimulating hormone, T3, T4 hormones that is followed with data processing and plotting the circadian rhythm curve for each hormone. They provide a basis to determine individual acrophase and batiphase time. Moderate desyncronosis of hypophyseal-thyroid system is diagnosed from acrophase of TSH development biorhythm 1 h 44 min (confidence interval 0 h 56 min to 2 h 32 min), hormone T3 development biorhythm - 6 h 37 min (confidence interval 3 h 34 min to 9 h 40 min), hormone T4 development biorhythm - 11 h 00 min (confidence interval 5 h 55 min to 16 h 05 min) and from batiphase of TSH circadian secretion rhythm 14 h to15 h, T3 circadian secretion rhythm - 18 h to 19 h, T4 circadian secretion rhythm - 22 h to 24 h.

EFFECT: invention allows diagnosing moderate desyncronosis that allows prescribing individual schedule of chronotherapy, ensuring therapeutic monitoring for an integrated estimation of clinical effectiveness, enabling earlier remission and reducing time of staying in hospital for 5-7 days.
