FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power controller and vehicle with such controller. Power controller electronic control unit (60) uses VAC of voltage pickup (74) to reveal actual current and voltage phase of industrial power source (90). Note that aforesaid control unit (60) generates instruction current (IR) that makes an instruction meaning of current (IAC) that flows in feeding lines (NL1, NL2) and is in phase with voltage of industrial power source (90). Said control unit generates power charge/discharge instructions for power storage device (B) proceeding from revealed actual current and voltage phase. Then it controls zero-phase voltage of inverters (20, 30) on the basis of generated instruction current (IR).

EFFECT: high-efficiency electric power exchange between motors and supply source.
