FIELD: physics; communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication systems. The system transmits user data (for example subscriber profile) stored in a database (for example HLR) to a service controller (for example SGSN) located between a user station and an access point (for example GGSN) and determines in the service controller that, the user does not have access that service (i.e. the service should be "blocked" for the user), allowing deactivation of the established communication channel based on transmitted user data.
EFFECT: while in traditional methods defined service is blocked (through PDP context activation) only in the activation phase (ie when PDP context does not exist), the invention enables blocking services even after PDP context activation (for example when a user moves between their home network and a visiting network).
