SUBSTANCE: method and device are proposed to support service transfer (HO) from a system of general packet radio service (GPRS), a global system for a radio communication with mobile objects (GERAN) and an improved universal ground network of radio access (EUTRAN) of long-term extension (LTE), which include receiving a report on LTE measurements. HO is initiated to LTE network, and a signal is sent with a request of location change. The signal is received with a command of location change, which includes an identifier (ID) of the enhanced Node-B (eNB).
EFFECT: improved system-to-system service transfer.
