SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for performing a manicure or pedicure for restoring the nail apparatus, comprising successively performing the steps of a manicure or pedicure 5-20 times at intervals of 20-40 days, which includes a sub-step of cutting the free edge of the nail plate, sub-step of opening the sinus and separating the layers of the proximal fold, on which the pterygium and the layers of the nail plate are separated from the cuticle with an orange stick, sub-step of nail apparatus treatment with cutter, sub-stage of cutting the cuticle skirt, during which the nail apparatus is processed with a ball cutter, proximal fold and nail plate skin polishing sub-stage, on which the ball milling is performed, circular or zigzag movements with skin tension, sub-step of cleaning and checking the integrity and density of the side wall of the nail plate, a step for complete separation of the layers of the nail plate from the cuticle, stage of strengthening the growth points and side walls of the nail plate, on which a manicure or pedicure is performed using modelling materials with the possibility of accelerating the process of restoring the growth points of the nail plate, and in pedicure free edge of nail plate is additionally completed with possibility to avoid ingrowth of nail plate.

EFFECT: method increases strength and resistance of nail apparatus to damages.
