SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery and can be applied for improving the strength of a surgeon's knot. Surgical suture are crossed at the knot level which is tightened with forces steady and opposed in a suturing plane. A number of crossings in the knot levels is the same, and the levels are tightened with the steady forces.
EFFECT: method allows reducing risk of deformation affecting adversely the strength of the knot.
