FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery, and can be used in tendon suture application methods. After the needle is inserted behind the loop, the free ends of the suture are brought out on the ventral surface of the tendon towards the plane of the transverse incision of the ends of the tendon. Free ends of thread are thrown over lateral and medial ends of tendon on its dorsal surface. Ends of the suture in the dorso-ventral direction are traced in the center of the tendon to form a transverse stitch of four threads, a double loop from the ventral side and free ends of the suture on the dorsal surface of the tendon. Extending to the end of tendon by 0.5–0.7 cm, the free ends of the suture are passed through the middle of the tendon in the dorso-ventral direction to form the dorsal longitudinal overstructure stitch, the transverse stitch, free ends of the suture are passed through the double loop on the ventral surface of the tendon with formation of longitudinal ventral fistula stitch.

EFFECT: method provides high mechanical strength of the suture, prevents the tendon ends from breaking off and provides good adaptation between the proximal and distal fragments of the tendon due to the periosteal and proximal loops.
