SUBSTANCE: dosed amount of adhesive viscoelastic is applied on cornea surface by pressing viscoelastic out of syringe through cannula until it comes into contact with the centre of anterior surface of cornea. Spreading of viscoelastic to diameter 6-8 mm in form of meniscus takes place.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain visible increase of part of operation field without changing operation system increase, reduce risk of surgical complications, improve quality of patients' treatment.
