FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to general surgery. A herniosystem for atension repair of inguinal hernias represents a mesh endoprosthesis comprising spatially cross-linked polymer, and consists of three elements - an internal element, a surface element and a joint petal. The internal element is represents a roundish monolithic mesh plate with hexahedral (or rectangular, or triangular, or round) cells, an aperture for spermatic cord and a slit to fix the joint petal. The surface element is made of the truncated oval monolithic mesh plate with hexahedral (or rectangular, or triangular, or round) cells, an aperture for spermatic cord and slits to fix the joint petal. The joint petal is made of a monolithic strip with flanges to be attached to the internal element from one side, with the surface element from the other.
EFFECT: reduced risk of the postoperative complications associated with tissue response on the transplant material, higher reliability of operation and lower number of recurrences with eliminated deformation and displacement of the endoprosthesis.
