FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metalworking production field and can be used in lines for sheet unwinding from the reel at manufacturing of roof covering, and also independently for other purposes. Device contains frame, supporting and reciprocal bearings, hollow tube with grooves in cantilever arm, implemented on the miter 120 to each other, screw with bearing, nut, mechanical drive, electric motor, reducer, chain gear and drive chain. For clamp of reel at hollow pipe in grooves there are installed three framework mechanism, consisting of brackets with pivots, links and force clamp. Drive of reel clamp contains screw with nut, by its brackets through pivots connecting to force clamps.
EFFECT: invention provides design simplification and reduction of preparation time of reel to unwinding.
