FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metalworking production field and can be used in lines during manufacturing of narrow-purpose products from sheet steel and candy, and also independently, for other purposes. Device contains frame, pile, axis, supporting and reciprocal bearings, restricted washer with openings and bearing, cover, screw, production buckles, guide fingers and arresting device. For fixation of reel the device is outfitted by stepped washer with three curvilinear sliding surfaces, on which there are located pusher-type mechanisms with landing fields, articulated axis and reciprocal springs.
EFFECT: invention provides design simplification and reduction of time for reel preparation to unwinding.
