FIELD: building materials production, namely, manufacturing of silicate brick. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of ash-fly of lime roasting furnace with additive, their wetting and sustaining in chamber. Then additional wetting and additional mixing are carried out. Mixture comprises, mas. %: ash-fly of lime roasting furnace, 7-25; additive, the balance. Ash of electric power plant or mixture of said ash with sand (quantity of ash being 15-90 mass %), or mixture of ferrum-chromium powder with ash of electric power plant (quantity of ferrum-chromium power being 1-2 mass), or mixture of ash-fly of cement furnace with ash of electric power plant (quantity of as-fly of cement furnace being 5-10 mass %); or mixture of bihydrous gypsum with ash of electric power plant (its quantity being 1-3 mass %) is used as mentioned above additive. EFFECT: improved efficiency.
