FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: plasticiser additive to construction materials, including mineral binders, produced by sulfonation of phenol resin with concentrated sulfuric acid, where phenol resin is represented by waste of phenol and acetone production by cumene method with neutralisation, using phenol resin with the following composition, wt %: phenol - up to 10, cumene 0.05, acetophenol up to 24, dimmer of α-methyl sterol up to 32, complex phenols up to 32.4, caustic soda up to 2, sodium phenolate up to 26, hydrocarbons 1, dry residue 17.3, sulfonation is carried out with the ratio of specified resin and acid of 1:1-2 accordingly for 1.5 hour, further neutralisation with solution of potassium hydroxide to pH of 8.0-8.5, then evaporation of produced mixture down to dry residue and grinding.

EFFECT: improved physical-mechanical properties of materials that contain mineral binders.
