FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fabrication method of laminates by winding and can be used for manufacturing of friction bearing. Method includes application of polymer compound on inner parallel portion and flange in the form of coating by means of filling of clearance between flange and pattern by winding by layers of impregnated by polymer compound bunch with following moulding and solidification of polymer compound, removing of pattern and mechanical operation of coating. Before winding of bunch friction bearing and pattern are installed by sliding fit on one axis with formation of clearance between flange and pattern. Following winding of bunch is implemented directly on this axis, which after solidification of polymer compound is removed. In the capacity of axis it is used screw. Additionally moulding of polymer compound and bunch is implemented by bolt head by means of tightening of screw, which is located on opposite end of friction bearing.
EFFECT: increasing of durability of friction bearing ensured by improving of coating at moulding, increasing of uniformity by thickness of coating, absence of delamination; durability increasing and shock strength of friction bearing.
