FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: transfer box contains casing (1), drive shaft (2) with installed on bearings pinions (3), which are in constant mesh with pinions (5) of countershaft (4), driven shaft (6) with pinion (7), which is in mesh with one of pinions (5), differential device. In top part of transfer box it is fixed oil pump (8). Drive pinion (9) of pump (8) is installed on drive shaft (2). In casing of pump (8) it is implemented valvate cavity (15) with co-axial located saddles (16) and (17) and spring loaded ball (18). Saddle (16) is implemented with grooves, providing passage of oil into cavity of pump (8) at pressed to saddle (16) by means of spring ball (18). In top part of casing (1) it is implemented oil-collector (19) in the form of tray, which is by channel (20) is connected to valvate cavity (15). Valvate cavity (15) is by channel (21) connected to driving cavity (14) of pump (8), by channel (22) - with cavities of bearings pinions (3), and by channel (23) - with cavities of bearings of pinions (5). Absorbent cavity (13) of pump (8) by means of pipe (24) is connected to oil intake (25). Valvate cavity (15) in casing of pump (8) can be located vertically, in this case with cuts it is implemented bottom saddle (16), and ball (18) is not spring-loaded.
EFFECT: reliability growth and increasing of durability of bearings of dispensing.
